Cusp (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of its users (“user” or “you”) and is committed to protect it in all respects. We are sensitive to the scenario that we would be dealing with information/data of personal and non-personal nature. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how we collect, use, retain, disclose, share and safeguard your information/data.

The Cusp app is, as on date, intended to be used as a Free app. Accordingly, the Cusp app and its functionalities (“Services”) are provided at no cost and intended for use as is. We reserve the right to introduce, modify and alter (with prior notice to our Users) our pricing policy subject to further updates to the Services. 

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Privacy Policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Cusp unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

When you register yourself on the platform to access our Services, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to this Privacy Policy. You hereby provide your unconditional consent or agreements to us as provided under the applicable information technology acts and rules and regulations made thereunder, for the purpose explained hereunder. By using our Services, you expressly give us consent to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may send you communications including in the form of messages, emails or otherwise and share marketing and or promotional information, one-time passwords (OTP), etc. You hereby acknowledge and consent to receiving such communications. Provided that on deletion or deactivation of your account or the Cusp application, you may choose to opt out of receiving the said communications from Cusp. 

Information Collection 

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email ID, Mobile number, and Location.  We do not request more information/data than is reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service, and as required under applicable law. We assume that the information/data provided by you is true, accurate, current, non-misleading, consistent and relevant.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Upon receiving such a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester and will proceed to delete the relevant personal data from our records within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: Certain data may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as compliance with regulatory requirements or resolving disputes. In such cases, we will inform the user about the reasons for retaining the data despite the deletion request.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Unfortunately, no website or Internet transmission is ever completely 100% secure and even we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. Please ensure that you logout of your account when appropriate, refrain from sharing your passwords, and routinely revise your passwords to maintain the safety of your account. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk.
